The assembly contained in Nuget package, v0.9.4517, is not strong named, which means that anybody who has a strong named project can not make use of this library from Nuget.
 
Instead, they must download the source, add it to their own SCC, compile it themselves with a strong name so the assembly can be referenced. This effectively negates any benefit of having a Nuget package for anyone who strong names their assemblies.
